Anything with NJXA tagged to it requires the NJXA body mod to work), some mods can cause the game to become unstable and cause the game to stop working on next start - I think the only omorashi-related mods that exist (as of the creation of this post) are a static pee stream and a panty pooping mod.
You must first activate that, which creates the mod's.tah files, which can then be placed into the 'arcs' folder. Some mods require other mods to work (i.e. Some mods don't come with the files, but instead with a Tah.exe application.
